铣刨工艺对旧沥青路面材料特性的影响

摘要 为降低沥青混合料回收料(ReclaimedAsphalt Pavement,RAP)的变异性,本文对沥青路面铣刨过程进行动态监测,通过控制不同铣刨深度及铣刨速度,量化表示其对RAP的细化度模数、结团率及分形维数的影响,为施工过程中铣刨机的参数设置提供参考。结果表明:5cm铣刨深度细化程度最高,4m/min铣刨速度回收的旧料细料结团程度较低;为控制回收统料结团程度以及级配变异性,宜采用中面层单独铣刨;综合考虑铣刨机工作效率、旧料级配细化和旧料利用率等方面因素,宜控制铣刨速度为8m/min。 To reduce the variability of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP),the process of asphalt pavement milling is dynamically monitored.By controlling different milling depth and milling speed,the influence on the refinement modulus,clustering rate and fractal dimension of RAP is quantified,which provides reference for parameter setting of the milling machine in the construction process.The results show the following:The highest degree of fines with a milling depth of 5cm,and the lower degree of agglomeration of old material fines recovered at 4m/min milling speed;to control the degree of agglomeration of recycled aggregates and the variability of the gradation,it is advisable to use separate milling of the middle surface layer;comprehensively considering milling machine efficiency,old material grade refinement and utilization rate of old material and other factors,it is appropriate to control the milling speed of 8m/min.
