摘要
本文利用环保型高强固化材料、钻孔泥浆及水泥制备了固化钻孔泥浆混合料,研究了固化钻孔泥浆混合料的力学强度、耐久性及其在路面基层中的应用效果。结果表明:环保型高强固化材料可显著提高钻孔泥浆的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量、水稳定性、冻稳定性及低温收缩性能,使其满足公路基层的各项设计和施工技术指标要求;通过工程应用研究确定了固化钻孔泥浆结构层合理的施工机械组合及施工工艺,为后期的大面积施工提供合理的参考依据;相比于传统基层材料,固化钻孔泥浆混合料综合造价和生态效益更优,经济和环境效益显著。
In this paper,the solidified drilling mud mixture is prepared by using environment-friendly high-strength solidified materials,drilling mud and cement.The results show that the environment-friendly high-strength curing material can significantly improve the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,compressive resilience modulus,water stability,freezing stability,and low-temperature shrinkage performance of drilling mud,making it meet the requirements of various design and construction technical indicators of highway base course.Through engineering application research,the reasonable construction machinery combination and construction technology of solidified drilling mud structure layer are determined,which provides a reasonable reference for later large-scale construction.Compared with traditional base materials,the solidified drilling mud mixture have better overall cost and ecological effects,and significant economic and environmental benefits.
