建宁路长江隧道机电绿色设计技术研究与应用

摘要 为了响应碳中和、碳达峰目标要求和绿色隧道需求,解决城市隧道运营耗能占比较大的问题,本文基于建宁路长江隧道实际工程,结合隧道机电的指标选择、设备选型、运行控制等方面的比选、分析和论证,提出隧道照明、通风、供配电、排水等系统的绿色设计方案,以减少隧道机电设备运营能耗。结果表明,通过优化隧道照明分段划分方法、灯具和风机的布置方案,合理选择电气设备、排水设备和隧道净化设备,并结合各机电系统设备的灵活控制技术,可降低隧道机电系统年运营能耗6%~10%。 In order to respond to the demand of carbon neutrality,carbon peak and green tunnel,and solve the problem of energy consumption in urban tunnel operation,based on the actual project of Jianning Road Yangtze River Tunnel,and combined with the selection,analysis and demonstration of tunnel electromechanical indicators,equipment selection,operation control and other aspects,the green design scheme of tunnel lighting,ventilation,power supply and distribution,drainage and other systems is proposed to reduce the operation energy consumption of tunnel electromechanical equipment.The results show that through the optimization of tunnel lighting segmentation method,the arrangement scheme of lamps and fans,and reasonable selection of electrical equipment,drainage equipment and tunnel purification equipment and combination with the flexible control technology of various electromechanical system equipment,the annual operation energy consumption of the tunnel electromechanical system can be reduced by 6%to 10%.
