市政道路斜交上跨既有地铁隧道影响研究

摘要 文章以东莞市某市政道路工程斜交上跨地铁1号线隧道为依托,采用Midas Gts Nx软件建立了“隧道-地层-路基”有限元模型,研究了市政道路斜交上跨既有地铁区间的影响规律,并考虑管片接头的影响,讨论了修正模型与接头模型的差异性。研究结果表明:拟建道路施工导致的既有隧道的最大沉降量为1.72mm,小于规范要求的控制值,证明市政道路上跨施工是可行的;道路施工对既有隧道的影响范围大致在距交叉区30m范围内,并且在12m内最为明显;接头模型与修正模型在力学性能上具有明显的差异性,使得修正模型计算得到的沉降值和内力变化值均小于接头模型。 Based on a municipal road project in Dongguan City,Midas Gts Nx software is used to establish a"tunnel-stratification-subgrade"finite element model.The influence law of the existing metro section at the inclined intersection of the municipal road is studied,and the difference between the modified model and the joint model is discussed considering the influence of segment joints.The results show that the maximum settlement of the existing tunnel caused by the proposed road construction is 1.72mm,less than the control value required by the code,which proves that the construction of the municipal road is feasible.The influence range of road construction on the existing tunnel is roughly within 30m from the intersection area,and the most obvious is within 12m.There are obvious differences in mechanical properties between the joint model and the modified model,which makes the settlement value and the internal force change value calculated by the modified model less than that of the joint model.
