海外利益安全保护中的情报保障工作研究

On Intelligence Work in Security Protection of Overseas Interests

[研究目的]在中国的海外利益持续扩大的新形势下,提升情报保障工作水平对维护中国海外利益安全极为重要。研究这一问题有助于总结当前情报保障工作的经验并反思不足,进而寻找提升方向。[研究方法]定性分析中国海外利益安全保护面临的新形势,归纳总结情报保障工作存在的不足,运用战略思维提出相应的改进建议。[研究结论]当前中国海外利益呈现诸多新特征,相应的情报保障工作在搜集能力、情报质量、人才培养、数字化进展、国际合作等方面都存在一定的改进空间。因此需要加强机构间协调配合、整合现有资源、加强人才培养、提升情报数字化科研水平,并寻求扩大国际合作。

[Research purpose]China's overseas interests continue to expand,it is extremely important to improve intelligence work to maintain the security of China's overseas interests.This study helps to summarize and reflect on the experience and shortcomings of the current intelligence assurance and find the direction of improvement.[Research method]It qualitatively analyzes the new situation facing the security protection of China'soverseas interests,summarizes the shortcomings of intelligence protection work,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions using strategic thinking.[Research conclusion]At present,China's overseas interests present many new features,and the intelligence work has certain room for improvement in terms of collection capability,intelligence quality,talent training,digital progress and international cooperation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen inter-agency coordination and cooperation,integrate existing resources,enhance talent training,improve intelligence digitization and scientific research,and seek to expand international cooperation.
