摘要
既有建筑在改扩建过程中产生了大量的预制旧桩基,直接拔除旧桩一方面造成资源浪费,另一方面对原状土形成扰动,对新打入预制桩承载力形成不利影响。通过某工程中预制旧桩现场试验,研究预制旧桩再利用的可行性,验证了所采取的消除挤土效应措施有效,试验结果也可为后续其他号房和车库的施工起到指导作用。
During the reconstruction and extension process of existing buildings,a large number of old precast pile foundations are generated.Directly removing the old piles not only causes resource waste,but also causes disturbance to the original soil,which has a negative impact on the bearing capacity of newly driven precast piles.Through onsite testing of precast old piles in a certain project,the feasibility of reusing old precast piles is studied,and the measures taken to eliminate soil squeezing effect are verified to be effective.The test results can also serve as guidance for the construction of other rooms and garages in the future.
