摘要
为了实现中山大学珠海校区体育馆斜墙的清水混凝土效果,对清水混凝土斜墙的施工技术进行了研究。通过综合比较,选用了木模板,并利用BIM技术及高精加工配模,对影响清水混凝土胶凝材料的性能、用量等的因素进行了分析。通过试验确定了清水混凝土配合比,并采用跳仓法浇筑减少混凝土收缩裂缝,带模保温保湿养护14 d后,清水饰面效果良好。
To achieve the effect of fair-faced concrete on the inclined wall of the gymnasium at Sun Yat-sen University Zhuhai Campus,the construction technology of fair-faced concrete inclined wall is studied.Through comprehensive comparison,wooden formworks are selected and BIM technology and high-precision processing are used to analyze the factors affecting the performance and dosage of cementitious materials for fair-faced concrete.The mix ratio of fair-faced concrete is determined through experiments,and the alternative bay construction method is used to reduce concrete shrinkage cracks.After 14 days of thermal insulation and moist curing in formwork,the fair-faced surface effect twas good.The summarized experience can be used as a reference for similar projects.
