沿海地区混凝土钢结构防盐雾腐蚀施工技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Preventing Salt Spray Corrosion for Concrete Steel Structures in Coastal Areas

针对沿海地区的建筑钢材经常会出现腐蚀现象的问题,设计了一种混凝土钢结构防盐雾腐蚀施工技术。对混凝土钢结构表面进行预处理,分析不同环境介质对钢材料的腐蚀影响,在喷砂处理后,立即进行底漆预涂工作,避免钢材料再次被锈蚀;在涂装施工时,研究涂料供应、存储与运输的具体流程,在钢材料表层添加一个防腐蚀涂层,保证周边环境适合进行涂装工作,建立防盐雾腐蚀体系,在不同的使用年限下,分别获取底漆层、中间漆层和面漆层的涂料类型、涂层数量和涂层厚度,在不同的部位选择合适的涂装技术。实验结果表明,防盐雾腐蚀施工技术施工效果较好,可在沿海地区建筑钢材保护方面推广应用。

Aiming at the corrosion phenomenon that often occurs in construction steel in coastal areas,a construction technology of preventing salt spray corrosion in concrete steel structures is designed.The pre-treatment is conducted on the surface of concrete steel structures,the corrosion effects of different environmental media on steel materials are analyzed,and the primer pre-coating work is immediately carried out after sandblasting treatment to prevent steel materials from rusting again;during the coating construction,the specific process of coating supply,storage,and transportation is studied,an anti-corrosion coating on the surface of steel materials is added to ensure that the surrounding environment is suitable for coating work,a salt spray corrosion prevention system is established,and the coating types,coating quantities,and coating thicknesses of the primer layer,intermediate layer,and top layer under different service years are obtained,and the appropriate coating techniques in different parts are selected.The experimental results indicate that the construction technology of preventing salt spray corrosion has good construction effects and can be promoted and applied in the protection of building steel in coastal areas.
