清水混凝土联方网壳雨棚模板体系的研究与应用

摘要 结合铁路郑州南站工程,对联方网壳清水混凝土雨棚的施工技术进行了研究。施工前,制作了5种试验方案样板用于比选,方案中包括了常见的钢模板、木模板、玻璃钢模板和铝模板4种模板支撑体系,以及梁板分次或一次的浇筑方式。综合评价模板体系精度控制、拼缝处理、表面观感、和施工可操作性等要求后发现,采用木模板且梁板一次浇筑的方案具有适用性好、精度易控、质量稳定、便于施工的特点,综合最优。总结的经验可为类似工程提供参考。 Based on the Zhengzhou South Railway Station project,the construction technology of fair-faced concrete union-square mesh shell canopy is studied.Before construction,five kinds of formwork test scheme samples were made for comparison and selection,including four common formwork support systems:steel formwork,wood formwork,fiberglass formwork,and aluminum formwork,as well as the pouring method of beam and slab in stages or at a time.After comprehensive evaluation of the requirements for precision control,joint treatment,surface appearance,and construction operability of the formwork system,it is found that the scheme of using wood formworks and one-time pouring of beams and slabs has the characteristics of good applicability,easy precision control,stable quality,and easy construction,and comprehensively is the best.The summarized experience can provide reference for similar projects.
