高空移动平台在防火采光顶施工中的应用

Application of High Altitude Mobile Platform in Construction of Fireproof Lighting Roof

针对高空防火采光顶施工的难点,结合现场实际情况和以往经验,对防火采光顶施工技术进行了创新。采用高空移动平台安装防火采光顶玻璃和包梁铝板,避免了搭设满堂脚手架、吊篮或使用登高车而造成的成本高、施工风险大、工期长等问题。总结了高空移动平台的组装方法、施工流程,可为类似高空采光顶的施工提供借鉴。

In respond to the difficulties in the construction of high altitude fireproof lighting roofs,combined with the actual situation on site and past experience,innovative construction techniques for fireproof lighting roofs are carried out.Using a high altitude mobile platform to install fireproof lighting roof glass and wrapped beam aluminum plates avoids the problems of high cost,high construction risk,and long construction period caused by setting up full hall scaffolding,hanging baskets,or using climbing vehicles.The assembly methods and construction processes of high altitude mobile platforms are summarized,which can provide reference for the construction of similar high altitude lighting roofs.
