外脚手架新型连墙件安装施工技术研究

Research on Installation and Construction Technology of New Wall Connecting Components for External Scaffolds

针对传统脚手架连墙件、普通拉撑结合连墙件、预埋钢筋连墙件、后锚固类连墙件等存在的不足,介绍了一种带滑槽的预埋钢片同焊接了钢片的钢管相互卡扣组成新型外脚手架连墙件装置,并详细阐述了新型连墙件的安装施工技术。新型连墙件施工方便,安全性、稳定性满足规范要求,施工过程中避免了资源浪费,节约了工程造价,在保证安全、质量的前提下,加快了施工进度,大大减少了施工成本,可在其他工程中推广应用。

As to the shortcomings of traditional scaffolding wall connecting components,ordinary pulling brace combined wall connecting components,pre-embedded steel bar wall connecting components,and post anchored wall connecting components,a new type of external scaffolding wall connecting device consisting of pre-embedded steel sheets with sliding slots and welded steel pipes is introduced,and the installation and construction technology of the new wall connecting component is elaborated in detail.The new type of wall connecting component is easy to construct with safety and stability meeting regulatory requirements.It avoids resource waste during the construction process and saves project costs,accelerates construction progress while ensuring safety and quality,and greatly reduces construction costs.It can be promoted and applied in other projects.
