老城区复杂环境条件下大口径排水顶管施工技术

Construction Technology of Large-diameter Drainage Pipe Jacking Under Complex Environmental Conditions in Old Urban Areas

摘要 结合我国北方某老城区排水防涝管线建设工程,介绍了城市更新背景下老城区复杂环境下大口径排水顶管施工关键技术。针对复杂施工环境,通过建立力学模型分析计算安全距离,优化交通组织方案;施工中采用触变泥浆和智能化纠偏等技术,减少了顶管施工对周边环境和地层的影响,提高了施工精度。施工前、中、后对地面和建筑物进行监测,监测结果符合设计要求,验证了采取的关键技术的可靠性。 Based on the construction project of a drainage and waterlogging prevention pipeline in an old urban area in northern China,the key technology of large-diameter drainage pipe jacking construction in the complex environment of the old urban area under the background of urban renewal is introduced.For complex construction environments,the mechanical analysis models are established to calculate safety distances and optimize traffic organization plans;the use of thixotropic slurry and intelligent deviation correction techniques during construction can reduce the impact of pipe jacking construction on the surrounding environment and strata,and improve construction accuracy.The ground and buildings are monitored before,during,and after construction,and the monitoring results are analyzed to meet the design requirement which verifies the reliability of the key technologies adopted.The summarized experience can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
