带有初始偏差的组合式塔吊基础钢格构柱安全性能分析

摘要 通过研究施工过程中格构柱垂直度与设计理想位置偏差出现的原因,提出了带有一定垂直度偏差的格构柱的受力安全评价方法。与有限元计算结果对比表明,上述计算方法的结果可靠、计算简便。根据原因分析和计算结果,对施工过程中关键控制指标进行了分析并提出建议。 By studying the reasons for the deviation between the verticality of lattice columns and the designed ideal position during the construction process,a stress safety evaluation method for lattice columns with certain verticality deviation is proposed.The comparison with the finite element calculation results shows that the above calculation method is reliable and easy to calculate.Based on the cause analysis and calculation results,key control indicators during the construction process are analyzed and some suggestions are proposed.
