基于智能建造的装配式T梁生产过程稳定性控制研究

摘要 依托安徽交控工业化建造有限公司工程实例,对其T梁构件生产过程稳定性控制技术进行了系统研究。首先,在原配合比的基础上,采取试验研究的方法探究了水胶比、砂率以及减水剂掺量对混凝土抗压强度等指标的影响规律,得到了最佳配合比;其次,开展了缩尺节段对照试验,探究了浇筑混凝土的配合比、布料的高度及振捣频率对振捣效果的影响规律;最后,采用无损检测的方法确定了最佳振捣参数。结果表明:装配式T梁生产过程稳定性采用试验获得的最佳参数后得到了显著提升。 Based on the engineering example of Anhui Jiaokong Industrial Construction Co.,Ltd.,a systematic study is conducted on the stability control technology of its T-beam component production process.Firstly,based on the original mix ratio,the experimental research is conducted to investigate the influence of water cement ratio,sand ratio,and water reducing agent dosage on concrete compressive strength and other indicators,and the optimal mix ratio is obtained;secondly,a scaled segment control experiment is conducted to investigate the influence of the mix ratio of poured concrete,the height of the fabric,and the vibration frequency on the vibration effect;finally,the optimal vibration parameters are determined using non-destructive testing methods.The results indicate that the stability of the production process of fabricated T-beams is significantly improved by using the optimal parameters obtained through experiments.
