摘要
基于陕西燃气产业研发与孵化基地项目,分析了建筑全生命周期BIM技术的应用重点,明确了各参建单位在建筑信息模型技术应用中的作用以及建筑信息模型技术在规划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段及运行阶段的主要功能。充分运用建筑信息模型技术三维可视化、项目信息优化、各类情景模拟、各专业之间协调作用以及可出图的优势,促进了项目科学决策、数字建造、工期优化、成本节约,为项目创造了价值。相关经验可为类似项目提供借鉴。
Based on the Shaanxi Gas Industry R&D and Incubator base project,the application focus of BIM technology throughout the whole life cycle of buildings is analyzed,and the role of each participating unit in the application of building information model technology is clarified,as well as the main functions of building information model technology in the planning,design,construction,and operation stages.The full use of building information modeling technology for 3D visualization,project information optimization,various scenario simulations,coordination between various disciplines,and the advantages of being able to produce maps has promoted the scientific decision-making,digital construction,schedule optimization,cost savings,and created value for the project.The relevant experience can provide reference for similar projects.
