略论抗战时期陕甘宁边区的中医药改进工作

A Discussion on the Improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression

在抗战时期的陕甘宁边区,改进中医药不仅是运用中医药的应有之义,也是积极解决医疗卫生难题的能动之举。无论是为了克服疫病流行、缺医少药等实际困难,还是就现代科学带来的发展挑战而言,都需要以中医药改进的实际成果突显其医学价值、建立社会认同。边区的中医药改进从中药领域起步,中医改进随后展开,呈现出政策引导与专业参与相结合、中医经验与西医知识相结合、现代路径与传统模式相结合等特征。处于近代中医药事业的低谷期,陕甘宁边区改进中医药产生了积极成效与影响,不仅对彰显中医药价值、探索中西医合作道路具有重要意义,也为新中国成立后制定卫生方针政策积累了宝贵经验。

The improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine was an important part of the medical and health undertakings in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.Whether it is to solve the practical difficulties such as epidemic diseases,lack of medical treatment and medicine in border areas,or in terms of the development challenges faced by modern Chinese medicine,it is necessary to achieve continuous improvement of Chinese medicine.The improvement is mainly carried out from the two aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment and traditional Chinese herbal medicine manufacturing,and gradually deepens in accordance with the order of medicine first,showing the characteristics of policy guidance and professional participation,the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine experience and Western medical knowledge,and the combination of modern path and traditional model.At the trough of the development of modern Chinese medicine,the active attempts to improve Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region not only made important explorations to highlight the scientific value of Traditional Chinese Medicine and explore the path of cooperation between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine,but also accumulated valuable experience for formulating health guidelines and policies after the founding of the PRC.
