技术发展何以伦理先行--从第二开端共哲学视角看

Why is the Priority of Ethics Emphasized in the Development of Technology:The Co-Philosophy Based on the Second Beginning

技术发展为何需要伦理先行?传统哲学家对此早已从技术域限维度给予了说明,因其主张“技术是对自然的模仿”、“技术的始因在人”抑或“技术受本体与现象的二分所规定”,故技术作为手段善需从属于目的善。然而,面对超级人工智能不断突破技术的域限,传统技术域限观难以应对新兴技术伦理困境。对此,从第二开端共哲学视角提出技术发展伦理先行,反思人类社会“共之难”的深层原因,重塑人类的共生、共在和共责意识,对人技共存乃至人类持存具有重要意义。

Why does the development of technology need ethics first?Traditional philosophers have already explained from the dimension of technological finitude.They argue that“technology is the imitation of nature”,“the origin of technology is in human beings”or“technology is defined by the dichotomy between ontological and phenomenal realms”,so technology as a good means should be subject to the good ends.However,when super artificial intelligence continues to break through the finitude of technology,the traditional concept of the finitude of technology is challenged.For this reason,from the perspective of the co-philosophy of the second beginning,this article proposes reflecting on the deep causes of“common difficulties”in human life to reshape the consciousness of symbiosis,coexistence and shared responsibility of human beings is of great significance to the coexistence of human beings with technology and even the sustainable survival of human beings.
