构建中国特色哲学社会科学“三大体系”:理论阐释(上)

Constructing the"Three Systems"of Philosophy and Social Science with Chinese Characteristics:Theoretical Interpretation(Ⅰ)

人类社会的每一次重大变迁,人类文明的每一次重大发展,都离不开哲学社会科学的知识变革和思想先导。习近平总书记在“5·17”重要讲话中首次明确提出了“加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学”的重大论断和战略任务,全面阐释了加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系(简称“三大体系”)应当遵循的基本原则,为新时代我国哲学社会科学事业的发展指明了前进方向。党的二十大报告再次强调,要“加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系”。对于当今中国的学术界而言,科学把握“三大体系”的内在逻辑和必然联系,深入挖掘“三大体系”建设的发展逻辑和发展规律,积极探索“三大体系”构建的方向与路径是时代交付的一项重大任务。受全国哲学社会科学工作办公室委托,《探索与争鸣》编辑部邀请相关领域专家学者,围绕“构建中国特色哲学社会科学“三大体系””展开专题研讨,成果将分为“理论阐释”和“路径探索”两辑刊出。

Every major change in human society and every major development of human civilization cannot be separated from the knowledge transformation and ideological guidance of philosophy and social sciences.General Secretary Xi Jinping made the frst clear statement and strategic task of"accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,comprehensively explaining the basic principles that should be followed to accelerate the construction of the discipline system,academic system,and discourse system(Three Systems)of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and pointing out the direction for the development of China's philosophy and social sciences in the new era.The report of the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasizes the need to accelerate the construction of"Three Systems"with Chinese characteristics.Commissioned by the National Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences,We invited experts and scholars from relevant fields to conduct a thematic discussion on"Building the Three Systems'of Philosophy and Social Sciences with Chinese Characteristics".The theoretical achievements will be published in two parts:"Theoretical Interpretation"and"Path Exploration".Professor Zhang Zhengwen pointed out that the internal logic and inevitable connections of the"Three Systems"should be scientifically grasped,consciously following the development logic and laws of construction,based on great practice,adhering to scientific guidance,grasping the focus of efforts,and achieving mutual promotion and common development among the three.Professor Li Fengliang believes that the disciplinary system is the foundation,the academic system is the driving force,and the discourse system is the core and key.The academic system revolves around the disciplinary system and is presented through the innovation of the discourse system.Building a philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics should face tradition,the times,and the future,adhere to the principle of making the past serve the present,strengthen problem awareness,and strengthen innovation drive.Professor Lei Lei pointed out that in the construction of the disciplinary system,we should return to the basics,innovate,and integrate with each other;Facing problems directly and building traditions in the construction of academic systems;To showcase one's own characteristics and align with world trends in the construction of discourse system.Only in this way can we fundamentally find the solution to the"Question of Dai Yi".Researcher Zheng Chongxuan suggested that through the construction of"Three Systems",we should promote the formation of an independent knowledge system suitable for the process of Chinese path to modernization based on Chinese practice,discover Chinese problems,and speak Chinese truth in the integration of various resources at all times and in all countries.Professor Xiong Yihan believes that the"autonomy"'of the autonomous knowledge system is an embedded autonomy,which has three meanings:firstly,it is embedded in the world knowledge network;Secondly,it is embedded in China's social practices and the living world of Chinese people;The third is to embed cross-border and interdisciplinary knowledge communities.Professor Liu Liangjian pointed out that the"Three Systems"need to be integrated internally and externally,and the theoretical system achieved by systematic theoretical construction should be interconnected rather than closed.In the face of the historical upheaval of"intergenerational leap",we need to inherit and explore the"Three Systems"that belong to the new era and are lively and vigorous.
