随着全民终身学习的需求不断增长,高校继续教育在培养人才、提升社会素质方面发挥着重要作用。高校继续教育在面临一系列挑战的同时,也需要努力提高质量和服务能力。针对这一问题,提出了以下的路径和策略:深入理解终身学习需求、创新教学模式、加强教师培训和专业发展、加强校企合作、建立有效的质量评估和监管体系。此外,还探讨了提升高校继续教育服务能力的措施,如建设多元化学习平台、加强与行业和社会联系、提供个性化学习方案,期望为相关从业者提供有价值的参考。

With the growing demand for lifelong learning of the whole people,continuing education in colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating talents and improving social quality.However,while continuing education in universities is faced with a series of challenges,efforts need to be made to improve the quality and capabilities of the service.This study proposes the following paths and strategies to address this issue:in-depth understanding of lifelong learning needs,innovating teaching models,strengthening teacher training and professional development,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and establishing an effective quality assessment and supervision system.In addition,measures are also explored to enhance the capabilities of universities serving continuing education,such as building diversified learning platforms,strengthening industry-society connections,and providing personalized learning plans,with the hope of providing valuable references for relevant practitioners.
