摘要 随着信息技术高速发展,在线教育将会成为未来教育的主要形式。教师在面对这种教育形式时,如何及时地作出角色定位和职业发展规划,是非常值得思考的问题。许多教师已经开始意识到这个问题,并在不断探索和实践中。通过对在线教育背景下教师角色定位进行分析,探究在线教育背景下教师如何转变自己的角色定位、促进自身职业发展。在线教育的出现对传统的课堂教学产生了重大影响,对教师的角色定位和职业发展也提出了新的要求。在在线教育中,教师作为课堂教学的引导者,应充分认识到在线教育对教师角色定位与职业发展所提出的新要求。 With the rapid development of information technology,online education will become the main form of future education.How teachers can make timely role positioning and career development plans when faced with this form of education is a very worthwhile issue to consider.In this regard,many teachers have become aware of this issue and are constantly exploring and practicing it.This article analyzes the role positioning of teachers in the context of online education,and explores how teachers can change their role positioning and promote their professional development in the context of online education.The emergence of online education has had a significant impact on traditional classroom teaching,and has also put forward new requirements for the role positioning and career development of teachers.In online education,teachers,as guides of classroom teaching,should fully recognize the new requirements of online education for teacher role positioning and career development.
