摘要
目前,互联网教育的发展势头越来越强劲,而高校青年教师数字素质问题是一个值得关注的问题。具备良好数字素质的高校青年教师对于高校的数字化发展而言具有十分重要的意义,对于调整高校的数字教学质量提供了坚实的基础,同时更是培养数字化人才的任务塑造者。针对当前高校青年教师所具备的数字素质的现实情况,从青年教师数字素质培养体系的建设以及提升高校青年教师数字素质意识等方面来展开讨论,旨在增强青年教师数字素质的内在动力,促进高校优质数字教育生态建设。
Currently,the development momentum of internet education is becoming increasingly strong,and the issue of digital literacy among university teachers is worth paying attention to.Young university teachers with good digital literacy are of great significance for the digital development of universities,providing a solid foundation for adjusting the quality of digital teaching in universities,and also serving as task shapers for cultivating digital talents.In response to the current reality of digital literacy possessed by young teachers in universities,this article discusses the construction of a digital literacy training system for young teachers and the enhancement of digital literacy awareness among young teachers in universities.The aim is to enhance the internal motivation of young teachers’digital literacy and promote the construction of high-quality digital education ecology in universities.
