职业教育技术技能型人才培养:内涵特征、价值意蕴与实践路径

职业教育作为培养技术性人才的教育类型,在教育高质量发展背景下开始转变人才培养思路,提出培养技术技能型人才的新目标以应对社会的发展变化。因此,技术技能型人才被赋予职业能力的专业化、生涯发展的自觉化、通用知识的协同化、创新能力的塑造化等新的内涵特征。同时,给予技术技能型人才培养独特的价值意蕴,即彰显类型特色的人才培养新目标,服务社会发展的人才培养新需求,创新办学模式的人才培养新框架,架构体系贯通的人才培养立交桥。由于我国职业教育发展基础薄弱,导致技术技能型人才培养不可避免地出现各种弊端与不足,主要在于人才培养目标定位模糊、人才培养模式偏离导向、人才培养资源脱离标准。然而,技术技能型人才作为职业教育高质量发展的新举措,职业教育高质量发展的政策落实之举,在未来实践中还需从明晰人才培养目标定位、改革人才培养教学模式、深化产教融合办学机制、搭建贯通衔接升学路径等四个方面入手,以实现技术技能型人才培养的最初设想,实现职业教育高质量发展的目标。

As a type of education to train technical talents,vocational education has begun to change the ideas of talent training under the background of high-quality development of education,and puts forward the new goal of cultivating technical talents to cope with the development and change of society.Therefore,technical talents are endowed with new connotation characteristics,such as specialization of professional ability,self-consciousness of career development,synergy of universal knowledge and shaping of innovation ability.At the same time,it gives the unique value meaning of the training of technical and skilled talents,that is,the new goal of talent training highlighting type characteristics,the new demand of talent training serving the social development,the new framework of the talent training innovating school running models,and the overpass of the talent training through the structure system.However,due to the weak foundation of vocational education development in China,there are inevitably various drawbacks and deficiencies in the training of skilled talents,which mainly lie in the fuzzy orientation of talent training goal,talent training mode deviated from orientation,and talent training resources deviated from the standard.However,as a new measure for the high-quality development of vocational education and a policy implementation for the high-quality development of vocational education.In order to realize the initial idea of training technical talents and achieve the goal of high-quality development of vocational education,in the future practice,training of technical and skilled talents needs to be clear in the target positioning of talent training,reform the teaching mode of talent training,deepen the mechanism of integrating production and education in running a school,and build a connecting path to higher education.
