Adult Vocational Education Reform Centered on Cultivation of Vocational Abilities and Qualities

2019年,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》颁发,率先提出将职业院校作为“1+X”证书制度改革试点,并鼓励成人高校积极参与。2022年12月,《关于深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的意见》的落地又为成人教育与职业教育互相融合提供新的发展方向。构建以职业能力与职业素质培养为核心的成人教育体系,是贯彻党的二十大精神的关键决策。基于此,从不同角度详细阐述以职业能力与职业素质培养为核心的成人职业教育改革路径。

In 2019,the“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”was issued,proposing vocational colleges as pilot units for the“1+X”certificate system reform,and encouraging paticipation in adult universities.In December 2022,the implementation of the“Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Modern Vocational Education System Construction”provided a new direction for the integration of adult education and vocational education.Building an adult education system centered on the cultivation of professional abilities and qualities is a key decision to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Based on this,this article elaborates on the reform of adult vocational education from different perspectives,with the cultivation of professional abilities and qualities as the center.
