师范院校学术型研究生创新能力培养现状

摘要 通过线上收集的202份问卷对我国师范院校学术型研究生的招生机制、课程体系、导师队伍、学术氛围和科研成果等进行统计分析,以期为我国师范院校学术型研究生创新能力培养提供参考。结果显示:招生机制不灵活阻碍了创新能力的培养;课程体系相对稳定不利于创新能力的培养,负责的导师和浓厚的学术氛围有助于激发研究生的学习热情,创新能力也相对提高;科研成果并不显著,这主要是由于其缺乏刻苦钻研的学术精神和实践能力以及就业的三重压力,间接表明研究生培养质量不高。为此,师范院校应重视科研平台搭建、导师队伍建设和研究生自身创新意识提高等方面,把握好学术性、教育性、师范性以及实践性之间的关系。 In order to provide reference for improving the innovation ability of academic graduate students in normal universities in China,through 202 questionnaires collected online,a statistical analysis of the enrollment mechanism,curriculum system,tutor team,academic atmosphere and scientific research results of academic postgraduates in normal universities in China is carried out.The results show that the inflexible enrollment mechanism hinders the cultivation of innovation ability;the relatively stable curriculum system is not conducive to the cultivation of innovation ability.Responsible tutors and a strong academic atmosphere can help stimulate graduate students’enthusiasm for learning,and their innovation ability is relatively improved;scientific research results are not significant,mainly due to their lack of hard-working academic spirit and practical abilities,as well as the triple pressure of employment,which indirectly indicates that the quality of postgraduate training is not high.Therefore,it is necessary for normal colleges to attach importance to the construction of scientific research platforms,the construction of tutors’teams,and the improvement of graduate students’innovation awareness,and to grasp the relationship between academic,educational,pedagogical,and practical aspects.
