跨学科人文教育的国际经验及其启示

摘要 新时代背景下,跨学科人文教育对于培养学生的跨学科人文素养、批判性思维和复杂问题的解决能力具有重要作用。这种教育模式为培养具备全球视野和跨学科思维的时代新人提供了有效途径。为应对新一轮科技革命的挑战,顺应世界高等教育的改革发展,我国高校应积极构建以人的成长为本、具有中国特色的跨学科人文教育体系,并以此为指导推进课程建设、模式创新和协同育人的实践探索。选取四所世界知名高校作为观察样本,对其跨学科人文教育项目/课程比较分析发现,都具有丰富的课程和研究资源、强大的师资团队、研究型教学模式、学术交流和合作学习的环境。同时,还有注重培养学生的批判性思维、解决问题的能力,倡导跨文化和全球视野人才培养等共性特征。基于上述观察结果,进一步对我国高校跨学科人文教育的构建提出以下建议:一是丰富完善的课程设计,以确保学生在不同领域获得广泛的知识;二是引导跨学科的合作研究,以促进不同学科之间的交流与合作;三是鼓励实践教学,让学生能够将所学知识应用到实际情境中;最后,立足本土文化的同时,也要培养具备全球视野的人才。 In the context of the new era,interdisciplinary humanities education is beneficial for cultivating students’interdisciplinary humanistic literacy,critical thinking,and problem-solving abilities.It provides an effective approach in nurturing individuals with a global perspective and interdisciplinary mindset.To adapt to the challenges of the new round of scientific and technological revolutions and the direction of world higher education reform,Chinese universities should actively construct a humanistic education system that is interdisciplinary,Chinese-oriented,and centers on personal growth.This system should be guided by the development of capabilities and promote practical exploration in curriculum construction,mode innovation,and collaborative learning.The paper selects four world-renowned universities as observation samples and analyzes their cross-disciplinary humanities education programs/courses.Through this comparative analysis,we find that these programs/courses have rich curriculum and research resources,strong faculty teams,research-based teaching models,environments for academic exchanges and collaborative learning.They also emphasize critical thinking and problem-solving skills,advocate for the cultivation of global and intercultural perspectives,and other common features.Based on these observations,the paper further proposes suggestions for the construction of cross-disciplinary humanities education in Chinese universities.These include enriching the comprehensive curriculum design,guiding interdisciplinary collaborative research,encouraging practical teaching,and having both local and global perspectives.
