摘要
研究了基于自动控制的远程计量校准技术。以提高自动化程度及可实施性为研究目标,设计了接口控制器,将不同类型的仪器接口和协议适配于网络;研制了功能完备的自动控制软件,实现了计量校准的自动执行;研究了远程计量校准实施过程中的标准器具运输、现场监控、信息安全、校准数据利用等关键环节,为远程计量校准的有效实施提供了较为完整的应用方法。
In this paper,the remote metrological calibration technology based on automatic control is studied.With the research goal of improving automation and implementability,an interface controller is designed to adapt different types of instrument interfaces and protocols to the network.A fully functional automatic control software is developed to achieve the automatic execution of metrological calibration.The key links in the implementation process of remote metrological calibration,such as transportation of standard instruments,on-site monitoring,information security and calibration data utilization,are studied to provide a relatively complete application method for the effective implementation of remote metrological calibration.
