摘要
新闻传播数字教育评估是推动数字技术与新闻传播教育深入融合的重要环节。与公民数字教育相比,新闻传播领域数字教育具有专业性、高阶性和跨学科交叉性特征。它是坚守和发扬新闻传播专业精神的教育;是在公民数字教育的基础上发展高阶数字创新能力和竞争力的教育;是数字科技与人文社科交叉融合的人文科学教育。基于CIPP评估模型,设计一套覆盖新闻传播数字教育教学各个环节、突出教育教学过程和成效评价的指标体系,包括背景评估、输入评估、过程评估、结果评估四项指标,旨在保障基于背景评估的数字教育决策的多样性、输入评估的可行性、过程评估的持续改进、基于结果评估的专业数字能力的实现。
Digital education evaluation of journalism and communication is an important link to promote the deep integration of digital tech-nology and journalism and communication education.Compared with citizen digital education,digital education in the field of journalism and communication has the characteristics of professionalism,high-level and cross-disciplinary.It is to uphold and carry forward the professional spirit of journalism education;It is an education that develops high-level digital innovation capabilities and competitiveness based on the digital education of citizens;It is a humanities education that integrates digital technology and humanities and social sciences.Based on CIPP evalua-tion model,a set of digital education evaluation index system covering all aspects of digital education and teaching of journalism and communi-cation,highlighting the teaching process and effectiveness evaluation is designed.It includes context evaluation,input evaluation,process evalua-tion and product evaluation.The aim is to ensure the diversity of digital education decision making based on context evaluation,the feasibility of input evaluation,the continuous improvement of process evaluation,and the realization of professional digital competence based on product evaluation.
