新时代党内主题教育的基本原则与实践进路

The Basic Principles and Practical Approaches of Inner-party Theme Education in the New Era

集中开展党内主题教育,是中国共产党保持先进性、纯洁性的重要手段和成功经验。新时代以来,中国共产党相继开展了一系列党内主题教育,历经“发端—充实—完善”的过程,建构成新时代党内主题教育体系,形成新时代党内主题教育遵循的基本原则。一是坚持覆盖全面、突出重点主体,二是突出政治时效、着眼效果长远,三是注重理论引领、发挥政治实践,四是坚持阶段性与发展性的统一,五是坚持党性修养、坚定人民立场。在新时代新征程中,开展好新一轮党内主题教育活动需要从四个层面发力:在党员层面上,进一步坚定理想信念,牢记初心使命;在政党层面上,强化自我革命,把握历史主动;在国家层面上,推进强国建设,实现民族复兴;在国际层面上,向世界树立大党形象,展示百年大党责任担当。

Centralizing theme education within the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been a pivotal strategy,contributing significantly to maintaining the party's advanced nature and purity.In the new era,the CPC has undertaken a series of intra-party theme education initiatives,culminating in the development of a contemporary inner-party theme education system.This system is guided by fundamental principles that emphasize comprehensive coverage and key subjects,political timeliness with a focus on long-term impact,theoretical guidance alongside practical application,unity between stages and development,and the cultivation of party spirit to fortify the members'unwavering commitment.As the CPC embarks on a new journey in the present era,it is imperative to launch a fresh round of intra-party theme education at four distinct levels:Firstly,at the individual level,party members should reaffirm their ideals and beliefs,constantly recalling their original mission.Secondly,at the party level,it is vital to promote self-revolution and seize control of the historical narrative.Thirdly,on a national scale,efforts must be made to bolster the nation's strength and work towards national rejuvenation.Lastly,internationally,the CPC should strive to project itself as a major party globally,showcasing its century-old legacy and its responsibility to the world.
