摘要 李村河污水处理厂改造及四期扩建工程主要处理单元均采用全地下单层覆盖建设模式,存在隐蔽性强、管线错综复杂及工期紧等设计难点问题。采用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术进行辅助设计,通过Bentley平台二次开发,形成完善的图库及高效的污水厂建模工具库,弥补了原生平台的不足,提高了项目设计效率及设计质量,以自主开发编码工具为媒介,推动了“BIM+智慧平台”在该项目的应用,实现了资产高效运维,拓展了BIM技术的应用价值。 The main treatment units of Licunhe wastewater treatment plant reconstruction and phaseⅣexpansion project all adopt the underground single-layer coverage construction mode.There are several difficult problems in the design of the project,such as strong concealment,complicated pipeline and short construction period.Building information modeling(BIM)technology was employed to assist the design.A complete drawing library and an efficient wastewater treatment plant modeling tool library were formed through the secondary development of Bentley platform,which made up for the deficiencies of the original platform and improved the design efficiency and quality of the project.With the self-developed coding tool as the medium,the application of“BIM+intelligent platform”in this project realized the efficient operation and maintenance of assets and expanded the application value of BIM technology.
