考虑配电网电压约束的光伏功率升维仿射控制

摘要 现有光伏功率控制主要以降低节点电压越限和网络功率损耗为目标,较少关注配电网安全运行约束下的光伏功率安全波动区间优化问题。因此,提出一种计算并优化配电网功率安全波动区间的光伏有功-无功功率仿射控制方法。首先,建立计及电压调节器的三相配电网线性潮流模型,刻画节点电压变化与节点功率波动之间的关系;其次,考虑光伏发电的不确定性以及有功-无功功率的仿射控制方式,建立最大化光伏功率安全波动区间的优化模型;然后,提出基于升维分段线性的仿射控制策略,并利用对偶理论和二进制展开对优化问题进行变形,得到可解的混合整数优化问题;最后,通过IEEE 123节点三相配电网进行仿真测试,并与传统线性仿射控制进行对比,以验证所提光伏控制策略的有效性。 The existing photovoltaic(PV)power control primarily targets the reduction of nodal overvoltage and network power loss,while neglecting the optimization of the safe fluctuation range of PV power under the safety constraints of distribution network operation.Therefore,an active-reactive power affine control method of PV is proposed to calculate and optimize the safe fluctuation interval of the power in distribution networks.Firstly,a linear power flow model of three-phase distribution networks with voltage regulators is established to characterize the relationship between nodal voltage changes and nodal power fluctuations.Secondly,the optimization model that aims at maximizing the safe fluctuation interval of PV power is established considering the uncertainty of PV power generation and the active-reactive power affine control method.Then,an affine control strategy based on dimension-lifting segmetation linearity is proposed,and the optimization problem is transformed into a tractable mixed-integer optimization problem via dual theory and binary expansion.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed PV control strategy is verified through the simulation test on the IEEE 123-bus three-phase distribution network and the comparison with the traditional linear affine control.
