摘要
目的:基于积极心理学视角,探究合唱素养对大学生积极心理品质的影响,以及社会支持、主观幸福感的中介作用。方法:采用大学生合唱素养评定量表、中国大学生积极心理品质量表、社会支持评定量表、主观幸福感量表对857名合唱团学生进行测查。结果:①合唱素养、社会支持、主观幸福感、积极心理品质四者两两间呈显著正相关(r=0.482~0.641,P<0.01);②社会支持和主观幸福感在合唱素养与积极心理品质间均起独立中介作用,中介效应值为0.12、0.19,间接效应占总效应的24.92%和38.60%;社会支持和主观幸福感在合唱素养与积极心理品质间起链式中介作用,中介效应值为0.07,间接效应占总效应的15.31%。结论:合唱素养不仅可以直接影响大学生的积极心理品质,而且还可以通过社会支持和主观幸福感间接影响大学生的积极心理品质。
Objective:Based on positive psychology perspective,this study explores the influence mechanism of choral literacy on positive psychological qualities of college students,as well as the mediating role of social support and subjective well-being.Methods:A sample of 857 chorus students was recruited in the study to complete the College Student Choral Literacy Scale,Positive Mental Quality Scale for College Students,Social Support Rating Scale,Subjective Well-being Scale.Results:①Choral literacy,social support,subjective well-being,positive psychological qualities were significantly and positively correlated with each other(r=0.482~0.641,P<0.01).②Social support and subjective well-being played an independent mediating role in the relationship between choral literacy and positive psychological qualities,with the mediating effect value of 0.12 and 0.19,indirect effects accounted for 24.92%and 38.60%of the total effect.Social support and subjective well-being played chain mediating role in the relationship between choral literacy and positive psychological qualities,with the mediating effect value of 0.07,indirect effects accounted for 15.31%of the total effect.Conclusion:Choral literacy can not only directly affect positive psychological qualities of college students,but also indirectly affect positive psychological qualities of college students through social support and subjective well-being.
