摘要 针对传统测绘方法在地形图测绘中存在精度低和效率不高问题,文章提出了一种新一代数字高程模型(DEM)与倾斜影像相结合的新型测绘模式。该模式利用无人机搭载倾斜相机进行航测获取数据后通过计算机处理生成DEM,然后将其导入Arcgis平台上构建出三维立体图形并对模型实施可视化编辑;同时结合GIS系统软件实现数据共享、查询统计分析等功能,从而达到快速高效地完成土地利用规划设计及相关成果管理工作的目的。实验表明,所提方法可有效解决传统测绘过程中因人为操作不当导致数据误差较大以及因数据量庞大而造成的数据处理困难等问题。此外,由于采用了无人机倾斜摄影技术来采集数据,不仅极大地提高了工作效率,还能降低成本投入,具有较强推广应用前景和广阔市场前景。 In view of the problems of low accuracy and efficiency of the traditional surveying and mapping methods in topographic map surveying and mapping,a new surveying and mapping mode combining a new generation of digital elevation model(DEM)with oblique images is proposed.In this mode,the UAV is used to carry a tilt camera for aerial survey to obtain data,and then the DEM is generated through computer processing,and then it is imported to the Arcgis platform to build three-dimensional graphics and implement visual editing of the model;At the same time,the GIS system software is used to realize the functions of data sharing,query statistical analysis and other functions,so as to achieve the goal of quickly and efficiently completing the land use planning and design and related achievements management.Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively solve the problems of large data errors caused by improper human operation in the traditional surveying and mapping process,as well as data processing difficulties caused by large amounts of data.In addition,due to the use of UAV tilt photography technology to collect data,not only the work efficiency is greatly improved,but also the cost input is reduced,which has strong promotion and application prospects and broad market prospects.
