城市电力隧道电缆管孔密闭性检测装置研制及试验应用

摘要 文章根据气体直压法测试原理,结合电缆管孔自身结构特点,设计开发出一套适用于电缆管孔密闭性检测的装置,该装置具有易操作、方便携带和可视化的特点。在其测试过程中,通过采用自检模式、气泡模式和检测模式,可以有效地实现对电缆管孔密闭性的准确检测。同时,本研究还以某城市110千伏电力隧道的电缆管孔为例,通过对工程现场电缆管孔的试验测试,分析出电缆管孔1~#和2~#存在泄漏风险,有效验证了该密闭检测装置的适用性和可行性,可为今后类似工程的开展提供一定的技术参考。 According to the testing principle of gas direct pressure method,combined with the structural characteristics of cable pipe hole,this research designs and develops a set of device suitable for cable pipe hole airtightness testing,which has the characteristics of easy operation,portability,and visualization.In the process of testing,the self inspection mode,bubble mode and detection mode can be used to conveniently and effectively achieve accurate detection of the airtightness of cable pipe holes.At the same time,this study also takes the cable pipe hole of a 110 KV power tunnel in a city as an example,through the test of the cable pipe hole at the project site,it analyzes that the cable pipe hole 1#and 2#have leakage risks,effectively verifies the applicability and feasibility of the airtight detection device,which can provide a certain technical reference for the development of similar projects in the future.
