重庆市居民2020—2021年中医药健康文化素养水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Changes and Influencing Factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Culture Literacy Level of Chongqing Residents from 2020 to 2021

目的了解重庆市居民2020—2021年中医药健康文化素养水平的变化情况,分析其主要影响因素,为制定中医药健康文化知识普及相关政策提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段PPS与随机抽样相结合的方法,分别于2020年和2021年抽取重庆市8个区县非集体居住的15~69岁常住居民作为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果重庆市居民2020年和2021年的中医药健康文化素养水平分别为12.7%和20.7%。单因素分析显示,不同地区和文化程度居民的中医药健康文化素养水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,地区和文化程度是影响中医药健康文化素养水平的主要因素。结论重庆市居民中医药健康文化素养水平呈上升趋势,但仍低于全国水平,应加强对重点地区及重点人群的中医药健康文化知识普及教育。

Objective To understand the changes in the level of health culture literacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)among residents in Chongqing from 2020 to 2021,and analyze its main influencing factors,to provide the scientific basis for formulating relevant policies on the popularization of health culture knowledge of TCM.Methods Using a stratified multistage PPS and random sampling method,non collective residents aged 15-69 of 8 districts and counties in Chongqing were selected as survey subjects for questionnaire surveys in 2020 and 2021,respectively.Results The level of TCM health cultural literacy among residents in Chongqing in 2020 and 2021 was 12.7%and 20.7%,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the level of TCM health cultural literacy among residents of different regions and cultural levels(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that region and education level were the main factors affecting the level of health culture literacy of TCM.Conclusion The level of TCM health cultural literacy among residents in Chongqing is on the rise,but it is still lower than the national level.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the popularization and education of TCM health cultural knowledge in key regions and populations.
