大学生手游成瘾行为现状及影响因素调查

摘要 目的了解大学生手游成瘾行为以及影响因素,以期为制定预防大学生手游成瘾措施提供理论依据。方法调查天津市各高校大学生513人,运用χ2检验、logistic回归模型分析手游成瘾行为的影响因素。结果大学生在网络信息应用及网络信息评价时,多数使用百度、谷歌等搜索引擎,搜索内容以预防疾病、治疗疾病以及疾病护理方面的知识居多。调查对象在手游行为的4个维度中,行为失控为(4.99±4.17)分、行为逃避为(4.14±3.22)分、行为戒断为(3.21±2.78)分、行为后果为(5.65±4.92)分。不同性别、年级、家庭年收入、疑问求证能力、网络信息获取能力、网络信息自我评价能力、网络信息借鉴能力对调查对象手游成瘾行为的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别、网络信息自我评价能力以及网络信息借鉴能力是手游成瘾行为的影响因素。结论提高大学生的电子健康素养有助于减少手游成瘾行为的发生;应提高大学生查找及辨别网络健康信息的技能,引导大学生关注并正确应用网络健康信息,为提升其电子健康素养提供良好的渠道和环境,降低成瘾行为的发生。 Objective To understand the Current Situation of mobile game addiction behavior of college students and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the theoretical basis for formulating measures to prevent mobile game addiction of college students.Methods A total of 513 college students in Tianjin were investigated,and the influencing factors of mobile game addiction were analyzed by chi-square test and logistic regression model.Results In the application and evaluation of network information,most college students use search engines such as Baidu and Google to search for knowledge about disease prevention,treatment and disease care.Among the four dimensions of mobile game behavior,the average score of behavior out of control was(4.99±4.17);the average score of behavior escape is(4.14±3.22);the average score of behavior withdrawal was(3.21±2.78);the average score of behavior consequence was(5.65±4.92).The mobile game addiction behaviors were statistically different among respondents with different gender,grade,annual family income,ability to ask questions,ability to obtain online information,ability to self-evaluate online information and ability to learn from online information(P<0.05).Gender,network information self-evaluation ability,and network information reference ability were the influencing factors of mobile game addiction behavior.Conclusion Improving college students’e-health literacy is helpful to reduce the occurrence of mobile game addiction.The college students’skills should been improved in finding and distinguishing network health information,guide them to pay attention to and correctly apply network health information,provide a good channel and environment for improving their e-health literacy,and reduce the occurrence of addiction.
