龙岩市高血压患者健康素养及影响因素分析

Analysis of Health Literacy and Influencing Factors of Hypertension Patients in Longyan City

目的了解高血压患者的健康素养情况,探索健康素养对高血压防治工作的意义。方法将2022年龙岩市15~69岁居民健康素养监测数据中自报患有高血压的264人作为研究对象,分析该类人群的健康素养情况及影响因素。结果龙岩市高血压患者的健康素养具备率为11.36%,低于未患慢性病的人群(23.03%)。不同年龄、教育程度、职业和家庭年收入高血压患者的健康素养具备率差异有统计学意义。结论龙岩市高血压患者的健康素养具备率较低;应加强对低学历、高龄、农民、低收入高血压患者的健康教育干预和健康生活方式指导。

Objective To understand the health literacy of hypertensive patients and explore the significance of health literacy to the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods Using the health literacy monitoring data of residents aged 15-69 in Longyan City in 2022,264 individuals who reported having hypertension were selected as the research subjects were analyzed for the health literacy status and influencing factors of these populations.Results The health literacy level of hypertensive patients in Longyan was 11.36%,which was lower than that of those without chronic disease(23.03%).There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of health literacy level among hypertensive patients of different ages,educational levels,occupations,and annual family income.Conclusion The health literacy level of hypertension patients in Longyan City is relatively low;health education interventions and healthy lifestyle guidance should be strengthened for hypertensive patients with low educational background,advanced age,occupation as"farmers",and low income.
