新就业形态劳动者工会工作“扩面提升”的困境与破解——基于柯林斯互动仪式链理论的视角 被引量:1

摘要 作为一种有效的社会实践活动分析模型,柯林斯互动仪式链理论为研究新就业形态劳动者工会工作的“扩面提升”现象提供了新视角。当前新就业形态劳动者工会工作“扩面提升”面临三大困境:前提性要件缺失,“扩面”难度较大;过程性要件迷失,“提升”效果不佳;反馈性结果难循环,“扩面提升”进程迟缓。基于此,提出三条针对性策略:形成“群体团结”,强化会员的“社会关系符号”,夯实入会基础;凝聚“个体情感能量”,创新推动“扩面提升”;形成群体“道德标准”,构建新时代和谐劳动关系共同体。 As an effective social practice activity analysis model,Collins'interactive ritual chain theory provides a new perspective for studying the phenomenon of“expansion and improvement”of labor union work in new employment forms.The current“expansion and improvement”of labor union work in the new employment form faces three major difficulties:the lack of prerequisite elements,and the difficulty of“expansion”;the process elements are lost,and the“improvement”effect is not good;feedback results are difficult to circulate,and the process of“expanding and improving”is slow.Based on this,three targeted suggestions are proposed to form“group unity”,strengthening the“social relationship symbol”of members,and consolidating the foundation of membership;condensing“individual emotional energy”,innovating and promoting“expansion and improvement”;forming a group“moral standards”to build a harmonious labor relations community in the new era.
