In China,capital should serve to promote socio-economic development and improve people's living standards,so the relationship between capital and labor in the platform economy should be clarified.Taking the relationship between short video platforms and users as an example,data is the means of production of short video platforms;users are laborers who provide data for the platform;the platform makes users become stable labor force by establishing multiple ways with users.From the root cause of the relationship between short video platforms and users,capital has spawned a new labor model in the internet era;capital logic prompts platforms to find stable labor,and internet enterprises are the practical force that promotes the formation of platform and user relationships.Regulating the relationship between platforms and users requires safeguarding the rights and interests of both platforms and users.To this end,the state,enterprises and users should form a joint force to jointly participate in the development and governance of short video platforms.
