摘要
目的研发互联网+物联网+人工智能(AI)的医养结合自立支援地域智慧协同养老介护综合性管理服务平台(简称平台)并初步探讨其应用价值。方法在“自立支援介护”理念指导下,和医养机构进行产学研结合,平台开发基于互联网+物联网+AI,应用于成渝地区医养机构。结果平台投入使用后,老年人工具性日常生活活动量表(IADL)、Barthel指数、改良老年疾病累计量表(MCIRS-G)、老年孤独感量表(UCLA)评分、离床报警时间都较干预前有所改善(P<0.05),取得了较好效果。结论平台可以帮助老人建立自主性行为,提高生活自理能力。
Objective To study and develop a comprehensive management service platform of internet+internet of things+AI medical care combined with self-reliance support regional wisdom collaborative elderly care,and to preliminarily discuss its application value.Methods Under the guidance of“self-supporting nursing care”concept,the combination involving production,teaching and research with the medical and nursing institutions was carried out,the platform development was based on the internet+internet of things+AI and applied in the medical and support institutions Chengdu-Chongqing region.Results After the platform was put into use,the elderly IADL,Barthel Index,modfied MCIRS-G and UCLA scores and the out of bed alarm time was improved compared with before intervention,and the good results were achieved.Conclusion The platform can help the elderly people to build autonomous behaviors and improve their self-care ability.
