针灸疗法配合明目汤剂治疗原发性开角型青光眼近期疗效及对生活质量的影响

Short term curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Mingmu decoction on primary open-angle glaucoma and its influence on quality of life

目的探究针灸疗法配合明目汤剂治疗原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的近期疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法收集50例于我院就诊的POAG患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各25例;对照组给予降眼压等基础治疗,试验组在此基础上实施针灸配合明目汤剂治疗,比较两组患者的相关指标和治疗效果。结果治疗前两组青光眼观察指标值无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后试验组眼压、视野Ms值低于对照组,视力与视野MD值高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组黄斑全层厚度、黄斑视网膜神经节细胞层厚度均高于对照组,黄斑区血管密度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者视盘区RPE开口距离无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组患者治疗有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对POAG患者实施针灸配合明目汤剂治疗,有助于改善患者的眼压和视野,提高视力,降低黄斑区血管密度,增加黄斑全层及黄斑视网膜神经节细胞层厚度,从而保护患者视功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Mingmu decoction on the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma and its impact on the quality of life.Methods Fifty patients with primary open angle glaucoma who visited our hospital were randomly allocated into a control group and an experimental group,with 25 cases in each group;The control group was given basic treatment such as lowering intraocular pressure,and the experimental group was given acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Mingmu decoction on this basis to compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The results showed that the index values of glaucoma in the two groups before treatment were similar,with no significant difference(P>0.05);After treatment,the intraocular pressure and visual field Ms values in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the visual acuity and visual field MD were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the thickness of the entire macular layer and the thickness of the macular retinal ganglion cell layer in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the vascular density in the macular area was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The distance between the RPE openings in the optic disc area of the two groups of patients was similar,but the difference was small(P>0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%,higher than that in the control group,which was 72.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Mingmu decoction on primary open-angle glaucoma is more significant,which is helpful to improve the patients'intraocular pressure and visual field,improve visual acuity,reduce the vascular density in the macular area,and increase the thickness of the whole macular layer and the retinal ganglion cell layer in the macula,thus protecting the patients'visual function,which has high clinical application value.
