自拟消肿方雾化联合等离子消融治疗会厌肿物临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨自拟消肿方雾化联合等离子消融治疗会厌肿物的临床疗效。方法选取80例会厌肿物临床病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各40例,治疗组采用自拟消肿方雾化联合等离子消融治疗,对照组采用生理盐水雾化吸入联合低温等离子消融治疗,1周为1个疗程,通过对比患者治疗前后症状VAS评分及治疗后黏膜充血肿胀情况评价患者疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率40.00%,优于对照组痊愈率17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后第3天及第7天症状VAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组术后第7天黏膜充血肿胀情况优于术后第3天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟消肿方雾化联合等离子消融治疗会厌肿物疗效明显优于生理盐水雾化吸入联合等离子消融,且安全无不良反应,疗效稳定。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-designed anti-inflammatory and swelling formula prescription combined with plasma ablation in the treatment of epiglottic masses.Methods A total of 80 clinical cases of anaerobic mass were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-developed anti-inflammatory and swelling formula for nebulization combined with plasma ablation therapy, while the control group was treated with atomization inhalation of normal saline combined with low-temperature plasma ablation, with a course of one week.The efficacy of the patients was evaluated by comparing the VAS scores of the patients before and after treatment and the status of mucosal hyperemia and swelling after treatment.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was 40.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 17.50%(P<0.05).The symptom VAS score of the treatment group on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the mucosal congestion and swelling of the treatment group on the 7th day after surgery was significantly higher than that on the 3rd day after surgery(P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of self-prepared anti-inflammatory and swelling formula atomization combined with plasma ablation in the treatment of epiglottic masses is obviously better than that of normal saline combined with atomization inhalation.The treatment of epiglottic masses with atomization and plasma ablation with self-designed anti-inflammatory and swelling prescription is safe and stable.
