摘要
目的探讨多种感觉刺激技术(Rood技术)联合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能(VGF)及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者252例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=126)和对照组(n=126)。分别采用Rood技术联合康复训练和常规康复训练,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后VGF、生活质量和日常生活能力变化以及临床疗效。结果治疗后1个月、6个月观察组患者VGF高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者SF-36和ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Rood技术联合康复训练临床疗效显著,可有效提升脑卒中患者VGF,降低并发症发生率,且能够提高患者的生活质量及日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the effects of multiple sensory stimulation techniques(Rood techniques)combined with rehabilitation training on swallowing function VGF and daily living ability in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke.Methods A total of 252 patients with swallowing disorders after stroke were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=126)and a control group(n=126)by using a random number table method.The combination of Rood technology with rehabilitation training and routine rehabilitation training was used to compare the changes in VGF,quality of life,daily living ability and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After one month and six months of treatment,the VGF of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SF-36 and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Road technology and rehabilitation training has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the VGF of stroke patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life and daily living ability of patients.
