脑梗死和脑出血患者凝血及血小板情况临床分析

Clinical analysis of coagulation and platelet in patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析脑梗死和脑出血患者的凝血和血小板状态。方法自2020年8月~2022年8月抽取300例研究对象,100例脑梗死确诊病例(脑梗死组)、100例脑出血病例(脑出血组)、100例来院健康体检者(对照组),将活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板(PLT)等7项指标进行对比。结果脑梗死组、脑出血组FIB、MPV、D-D高于对照组(P<0.05);3组APTT、PT、TT、PLT指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死与脑出血均可出现FIB、MPV、D-D增高,提示FIB、MPV、D-D增高为这两种疾病的危险因素。

Objective To analyze the status of coagulation and platelet in patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From August 2020 to August 2022,a total of 300 subjects were selected,including 100 confirmed cases of cerebral infarction(cerebral infarction group),100 cases of cerebral hemorrhage(cerebral hemorrhage group),and 100 healthy people(control group).The activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,thrombin time,fibrinogen,D-dimer,average platelet volume and platelet were compared.Results The FIB,MPV,D-D in cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in APTT,PT,TT,PLT,indexes in three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The increase of FIB,MPV and D-D can be found in both cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage,suggesting that the increase of FIB,MPV and D-D are risk factors in the occurrence and development of these two diseases.
