基于城市空间均衡的居民出行方式选择

摘要 在城市人口分布不固定情况下的出行方式选择研究中,城市居民往往被视为完全相同的个体。为了研究居民收入差异的影响,本文根据年收入将城市居民分为高收入群体、低收入群体两类,基于单中心城市模型在交通走廊上建立了一个空间均衡模型。研究以人口分布与城市边界为模型内生变量,实现了居民出行方式选择与住房选择间的相互影响。研究通过该模型探索了居民出行方式选择的总体形式,分析发现居民的小汽车出行需求量在交通走廊上呈现先递增后递减趋势,高收入居民的汽车出行概率与居住区域地价均高于低收入居民。研究进一步探索了收入差距和地铁票价变化对居民出行方式的影响。 In the study of mode choice with endogenous population distribution,urban residents are often regarded as the same individuals.In order to study the impacts of residents,income difference,people are divided into two groups according to their annual income.This research establishes a spatial equilibrium model based on a transportation corridor with two transportation modes in a monocentric city.In order to realize the interaction between residents'mode choice and housing choice,the study uses population distribution and city boundaries as endogenous variables in the model.This article explores the overall form of mode choice through this model.The study has found that residents'car travel demand shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing in the transportation corridor.The probability of car travel of high-income residents is higher than that of low-income residents.The study further explores the impacts of income gap and changes in subway service level on mode choice.
