文化基因视角下老旧小区公共空间改造研究——以浠水县国税小区为例

STUDY ON PUBLIC SPACE RENOVATION IN OLD NEIGHBORHOOD AREAS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CULTURAL GENES-TAKING THE GUOSHUI NEIGHBORHOOD OF XISHUI COUNTY AS AN EXAMPLE

在城市存量更新的时代背景下,部分改造后的小区公共空间存在同质化严重的现象,并且未对小区痛点问题提出针对性的解决方案,对公共空间品质和居民幸福感提升有限。本文从文化基因视角出发,以浠水县国税小区为例,通过文献调查、地方探寻等方法构建文化基因图谱,将文化基因有机融入老旧小区公共空间改造中,用艺术的方式回应老旧小区中缺乏文化特性的难题,旨在为后续的老旧小区公共空间改善提供参考和借鉴。

In urban public spaces renewal,some of the renovated public spaces in the neighborhoods suffer from serious homogenisation and fail to propose targeted solutions to the main problems of the neighborhoods,which has limited improvement on the quality of public spaces and the happiness of residents.Taking the Guoshui Neighborhood of Xishui County as an example,this paper constructs a cultural gene map from the perspective of cultural genes and organically integrates cultural genes into the transformation of public spaces in Guoshui Neighborhood through literature surveys and questionnaires,responding to the problem of lack of cultural identity in old neighborhoods in an artistic way.The aim is to provide references and lessons for the improvement of the public spaces in the old neighborhoods.
