摘要
实践反思能力是职前教师专业成长的关键能力。具深度学习、对话实践、理性精神内涵特征的循证教育实践对职前教师反思能力培养具有启发意义。职前教师反思存在反思意识淡薄、反思证据缺乏、协作反思缺位、反思指导不足、反思工具欠缺、数据库缺乏的问题。在循证理念的指导下,提出提高职前教师教育实践反思效果的对策:提升循证反思意识,开发循证反思工具,加强循证反思指导,多方主体协作,科学运用反思结果及已有数据库。
Practical reflection ability is a key ability for the professional growth of pre-service teachers.The evidence-based education practice with deep learning,dialogue practice,and rational spirit characteristics has enlightening significance for the cultivation of reflective ability of pre-service teachers.Pre-service teachers' reflection has problems such as weak reflection awareness,lack of reflection evidence,lack of collaborative reflection,insufficient reflection guidance,lack of reflection tools,and lack of databases.Under the guidance of evidence-based concepts,strategies are proposed to improve the effectiveness of reflection in pre-service teacher education practice:enhancing evidence-based reflection awareness,developing evidence-based reflection tools,strengthening evidence-based reflection guidance,collaborating with multiple stakeholders,and scientifically utilizing reflection results and existing databases.
