民国时期安徽设市之变迁

The Change of Anhui City Establishment in the Period of Republic of China

民国时期安徽设市先后经历了萌芽、起步、中断、重振等四个阶段。安徽设市一度走在全国前列,但后劲乏力,总体呈现设市数量不多、等次不高、存续时间不长等特点,在全国属于落后省份。其原因,除政治动荡、经济凋敝等因素外,与安徽省政府缺乏设市战略甚有干系。

The establishment of Anhui city in the period of Republic of China has experienced four stages:sprouting,starting,interruption and revitalization.Anhui city once walked in the forefront of the country,but the momentum is weak,the overall show a small number of cities,not high grade,not long existence and other characteristics,in the country is a backward province.The reason for this is closely related to the lack of city establishment strategy by the Anhui Provincial Government,in addition to factors such as political turmoil and economic decline.
