钨钼磷杂多酸的合成及其性能研究

摘要 杂多酸是由杂原子和配位原子按一定方式通过氧原子配位联结组成的一类结构独特的含氧多元酸。杂多酸是一类环境友好的物质,它在工业上有广泛的应用。制备钨钼磷系列杂多酸H_(4)[PMo_(12-n)W_(n)O_(40)](n=1、3、6、9、11),通过红外光谱、紫外光谱进行结构检测,采用静态失重法检验了其缓蚀性能,采用醋酸铅点滴试验法检验了其钝化效果。研究了制备的5种杂多酸在组成、浓度、钝化时间、烘干时间等方面对杂多酸钝化性能的影响,最佳钝化条件为:H_(4)[PW_(9)Mo_(3)O_(40)]浓度为800 mg/L、烘干时间为15 min、钝化时间为5 min。 Heteropoly acids are a class of structurally unique oxygen-containing polyacids,which are composed of heteroatoms and coordination atoms through the coordination of oxygen atoms in a certain way.They are also a class of environmentally friendly substances that have a wide range of applications in industry.The tungsten-molybdenum-phosphorus heteropoly acids,H_(4)[PMo_(12-n)W_(n)O_(40)](n=1,3,6,9,11),was prepared and its structure was characterized by infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy,and the corrosion inhibition performance and the passivation performance were examined by static weight loss method and lead acetate solution spot test,respectively.The effects of the composition and concentration of the heteropoly acids solutions,passivation time and drying time on the passivation performance for the five synthesized heteropoly acids were investigated.The results showed that the optimal passivation conditions are H_(4)[PMo_(3)W_(9)O_(40)]at a concentration of 800 mg/L,drying time of 20 min and passivation time of 5 min.
