摘要
合成了具有Keggin结构的5-氟尿嘧啶硅钨酸盐FSiW和5-氟尿嘧啶钨锗酸盐FGeW,并用IR、UV、TG、1H NMR、XRD对其结构进行了表征。采用比色MTT法检测化合物对人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901和肝癌细胞株HepG2的体外抑癌活性。结果表明,两种化合物均具有较高的活性。FSiW对SGC-7901的IC_(50)值为8.75μM,FGeW对HepG2的IC_(50)值为2.07μM,抑癌活性高于5-氟尿嘧啶。
5-Fluorouracil salts FSiW of silicotungstic acid and FGeW of tungstogermanic acid with Keggin structure were synthesized and thestructures were characterized by IR,UV,TG,1H NMR,XRD.The in vitro anticancer activities of compounds against SGC-7901(human gastric cancer)and HepG2(human liver cancer)cell lines were tested using colorimetric MTT assay.The results showed that the two compounds have high activities.The IC_(50)values of FSiW against SGC-7901 is 8.75μM,FGeW against HepG2 is 2.07μM,and the anticancer activities is higher than 5-Fluorouracil.
