浙江德清数字技术与乡村治理的耦合协调度分析

Analyses of the Coupling Coordination Degree Between Digital Technology and Rural Governance in Deqing County,Zhejiang Province

随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等新兴数字技术的发展,乡村治理效能也得到极大提升。在对德清县数字技术和乡村治理的耦合关系理论分析基础上构建了两系统的评价指标体系,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型分析了两系统的耦合协调关系。研究发现:数字技术为德清县乡村治理的发展提供了新动力,提升了乡村治理水平和农村居民生活水平。在此基础上,结合德清县的具体发展状况,从重塑乡村治理体系、基层干部走访和打造轻量级产品三个方面提出相应建议,使数字技术驱动乡村治理成为常态化。

With the development of emerging digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the efficiency of rural governance has also been greatly improved.Based on the theoretical analysis of the coupling relationship between digital technology and rural governance in Deqing County,the evaluation index system of the two systems was constructed,and the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems by using the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model was analyzed.The study found that digital technology has provided new impetus for the development of rural governance in Deqing County and has improved the level of rural governance and the living standards of rural residents.On this basis,combined with the specific development situation of Deqing County,corresponding suggestions from three aspects have been put forward:reshaping the rural governance system,visiting grassroots cadres and creating lightweight products,so as to make digital technology-driven rural governance normalized.
